                                Hi There!

 

I'm Jaycee. The face and heart behind Jaycee Michelle Photography. I am a lifestyle photographer based in Colorado Springs, CO. I absolutely love it here and getting to meet new people while capturing their story in such a beautiful place is truly the best thing. Just a little about me, I am an iced coffee girl who loves anything Disney. I am a huge crime junkie fan, I also love reading thriller books. + I'm totally obsessed with anime lol! I love taking photos (obviously) and golden hour is my  absolute favv time of day. I am 26 and above all else, am an ASD mama, to the sweetest little 5 year old boy. 

 

Photography is something that is very meaningful to me. I think I realized this after I had my son. Time goes by so fast and all we are left with are memories and photos to look back on. Being a mother, I understand how precious every season of life is. And every season, no matter how messy or crazy IS precious. My favorite things to capture during a session are the in between moments, the moments that just come natural, I won't be forcing anyone to be looking at the camera, instead I want to capture your family engaging with each other and connecting. Those are the moments that I look for. I love to ask if there is something special about this stage of your child's life that you don't want to forget? Or is there something special you do together often these days?I'm truly all about creating unique and memorable moments that tell YOUR story.
